Before Meeting
  • Video chat before meeting in person to verify identity
  • Google their name and photos to check for red flags
  • Never send money or financial information
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels off, it probably is
  • Keep conversations on the platform until you're comfortable
First Date
  • Meet in a public place with lots of people
  • Tell a friend where you're going and share your location
  • Arrange your own transportation to and from the date
  • Stay sober and keep control of your drinks
  • Have an exit strategy if you feel uncomfortable
Online Safety
  • Don't share personal info (address, workplace, routine) early on
  • Be cautious of people who avoid video calls
  • Watch for love bombing or moving too fast
  • Report suspicious profiles immediately
  • Block anyone who makes you uncomfortable - no explanation needed
Red Flags to Watch For

If someone exhibits these behaviors, report them immediately and stop communication:

Asks for money or financial help
Refuses to video chat or always has excuses
Photos look too professional or model-like
Story doesn't add up or keeps changing
Professes love very quickly
Pressures you to move off-platform
Gets defensive when you ask basic questions
Profile has very little information
How to Report

Report a Profile

On any profile, tap the three dots and select "Report." Choose a reason and provide details. We review all reports within 24 hours.

Response Time: <24 hours

Block a User

Blocking someone prevents them from seeing your profile, messaging you, or appearing in your matches. They won't be notified.

Emergency Situations

If you're in immediate danger, call your local emergency services (911 in US, 999 in UK, etc.). Then report to us with details.
